Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange review.
Item condition
Items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging when possible.
Items that may not be eligible
Final sale items, worn items, damaged items, and certain fitted or intimate-style garments may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve it.
